He also alleged the Centre is obstructing Telangana&rsquo;s projects to prevent competition with Gujarat, citing PM Modi&rsquo;s focus on projects like GIFT City and bullet trains for Gujarat. Reddy claimed the Congress cooperates with the BJP in opposition states, but the BJP&rsquo;s approach is &ldquo;destructive,&rdquo; cornering any state that tries to rival Gujarat&rsquo;s development initiatives.</p>
