In a case that has outraged people across France, the man who drugged his wife and invited more than 50 strangers to rape her, also photographed his daughter naked after she was drugged, according to the Daily Mail. While going through Dominique P’s computer, the police found a folder titled ‘My Daughter Naked’, Judge Roger Arata revealed in court. The Odisha Police have arrested a 26-year-old man for allegedly raping a minor girl in Kandhamal district, an official said on Tuesday. The accused is a distant relative of the girl and an autorickshaw driver by profession, police said. The incident happened on Sunday when the girl was returning home from a market in Daringbadi in the accused’s autorickshaw. The Islamic State group claimed on Tuesday a suicide attack in the Afghan capital that killed six people a day earlier, saying it had targeted the Taliban government’s prosecution service. The president has delegated the powers to Delhi lieutenant governor (LG) to constitute any authority, board, commission or statutory body under any law enacted by the Parliament applicable to the Delhi government.
