AAP Leaders File Complaint Against Vijender Gupta Over Assault On Marshal

AAP leaders on Sunday lodged two police complaints against BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta, accusing him of caste discrimination and physically assaulting a female bus marshal outside the Lieutenant Governor’s house. The assault alleged in a complaint by Delhi minster Saurabh Bharadwaj took place on Saturday while a group of marshals and MLAs of both AAP and BJP were at the LG’s residence to seek his approval for reinstating the civil volunteers who were removed last year, a party statement said. Chinese Hackers Breached US Court Wiretap Systems: Report

Chinese hackers accessed the networks of US broadband providers and obtained information from systems the federal government uses for court-authorized wiretapping, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday. Verizon Communications, AT&T and Lumen Technologies are among the telecoms companies whose networks were breached by the recently discovered intrusion, the newspaper said, citing people familiar with the matter. The hackers might have held access for months to network infrastructure used by the companies to cooperate with court-authorized US requests for communications data, the Journal said. It said the hackers had also accessed other tranches of internet traffic.
