Middle East War Live Updates: Hezbollah Missiles Target Haifa, Israel’s 3rd Largest City

Today marks a year after the Palestinian militant group Hamas attacked Israel, triggering the year-long Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip. After nearly 1,200 people were killed during the October 7 attacks, Israel vowed to destroy Hamas. Relentless bombing in Gaza and military campaigns continue in the strip of land even after a year. The death count there has crossed 41,000, according to Gaza Health Ministry, while the United Nations estimates that nearly all of its 2.4 million population is eventually displaced. Israel Launches Fresh Attacks On Lebanon, Gaza As October 7 Attacks Complete 1 Year

<p>Israel launched strikes on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip on Sunday, ahead of the one-year anniversary of the October 7 attacks that sparked the war.&nbsp;</p> <p>At least 12 people were killed, including several children, as a result of two Israeli air raids on towns south of Beirut, reported AlJazeera citing Lebanon’s health ministry.&nbsp;</p> <p>Large fireballs lit the skyline and booms reverberated across Beirut.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Israeli military said its fighter jets struck targets in the Lebanese capital belonging to Hezbollah’s Intelligence Headquarters and weapons storage facilities, reported Reuters. On Harmanpreet Kaur’s Neck Injury, Smriti Mandhana Issues Update

During India’s six-wicket win over Pakistan in the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup, captain Harmanpreet Kaur retired hurt on 29 after losing her balance and injuring her neck just before the game ended leaving many worried.
