People Near Israeli Army Base Shaken By Hezbollah Drone Attack

People living near an Israeli army base hit by a Hezbollah drone strike described a loud explosion then multiple ambulances arriving, as fresh rocket fire and air raid sirens sent them rushing to shelters on Monday. Four soldiers were killed Sunday night by a Hezbollah drone at the base in the Binyamina area — the deadliest strike on Israeli soil since the war between Israel and the Lebanese armed group intensified last month. Supreme Court Issues Notice To Centre Over Encroachments On Riverbeds

5 Headless Bodies Found On Road In Mexico, Remains Discovered In Plastic Bags

The decapitated bodies of five men were discovered on a road in central Mexico, in a region controlled by the powerful Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Police were alerted to the scene near the town of Ojuelos, in Jalisco state, on Sunday morning, after drivers reported seeing plastic bags containing human remains, the BBC reported.  “A report was received indicating that, on the asphalt strip of the road (…) there were several bags that looked like human silhouettes,” the state prosecutor’s office said. Officials said forensic teams are working to identify the victims. India Summons Canada Envoy In Massive Escalation Of Diplomatic Row

India has summoned Canada’s charge d’ affairs in New Delhi after the diplomatic relations between the two countries witnessed a new low today. Foreign Ministry’s summons to Stewart Wheeler followed the government’s criticism of Canada for investigating the Indian ambassador and other diplomats as “persons of interest” over the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
