RSMSSB CET 2024 Admit Card: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board is scheduled to release admit cards for the graduate-level Common Entrance Test (CET) today. Candidates can download the admit cards by visiting the official website, recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in, once it is released. They can access the admit card by entering their application number and date of birth. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 27 and September 28. India Abstains From UN Resolution Demanding Israel’s Withdrawal From Palestine

India on Wednesday abstained in the UN General Assembly on a resolution that demanded that Israel bring an end, “without delay”, to its unlawful presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory within 12 months. The 193-member General Assembly adopted the resolution, with 124 nations voting in favour, 14 against and 43 abstentions, including that by India. Those abstaining included Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Nepal, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. Germany Stops Approving War Weapons Exports To Israel: Report

Germany has put a hold on new exports of weapons of war to Israel while it deals with legal challenges, according to a Reuters analysis of data and a source close to the Economy Ministry. Last year, Germany approved arms exports to Israel worth 326.5 million euros ($363.5 million), including military equipment and war weapons, a 10-fold increase from 2022, according to data from the Economy Ministry, which approves export licences. However approvals have dropped this year, with only 14.5 million euros’ worth granted from January to Aug. 21, according to data provided by the Economy Ministry in response to a parliamentary question. Student Oscars 2024: 2 Indian Filmmakers Triumph At Prestigious Awards

Two Indian students have been honoured with the prestigious Student Academy Awards. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences received 2,683 entries from 738 colleges and universities worldwide this year from which only 15 students were voted winners of the 51st Student Academy Awards competition. Rishabh Raj Jain, an Indian student who recently graduated from New York University, won the student Oscar in the documentary category for his film titled “A Dream Called Khushi” (Happiness). The highly captivating 2024 documentary short film, directed by Mr Jain, tells the story of a Rohingya refugee in Bangladesh who strives for her education and dreams of studying in Canada. Kamala Harris Leads In Pennsylvania, Michigan: Post-Debate Poll

A new poll released Wednesday shows Kamala Harris with significant leads over Donald Trump in swing-states Pennsylvania and Michigan, two “blue wall” battlegrounds seen as key to winning the White House in  November. The surveys, conducted after the September 10 televised debate between the two candidates, suggest a post-showdown boost for Vice President Harris, who is widely perceived as having outperformed her Republican opponent on stage.
