What Are Tar Balls, The Mystery Debris That Is Closing Beaches In Sydney

<p>In a joint operation by the Haryana and Mumbai police, a member of the Bishnoi gang named Sukha Kalua was arrested in Panipat. The Navi Mumbai Panvel City police, along with Haryana police, successfully apprehended this sharpshooter who was allegedly hired to target Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Sukha had conducted a reconnaissance at Salman&rsquo;s residence in Panvel. Sukha had been on the run after being assigned by gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi to carry out a shooting at Salman&rsquo;s house.
