He said many people in his country are mourning Mr Tata’s death. Ratan Tata died on October 9 at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, where he was admitted for a routine health check due to his age. <p><strong>Maharashtra News:</strong> Nationalist Congress Party’s senior leader Baba Siddique was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Saturday. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Two people related to the firing have been taken into custody, Mumbai Police informed, as per news agency ANI. Baba Siddique, a former Maharashtra minister and member of the Ajit Pawar faction of the NCP, has been shot at in Mumbai’s Bandra and rushed to a hospital, where his condition is said to be critical.  Sources said three bullets were fired at Mr Siddique around 9.30 pm on Saturday at the office of his son Zeeshan, who is the MLA from Bandra East.
