NIA Begins Probe Into Possible ‘Sabotage’ In 4 Train Derailment Cases, Official Says ‘Nothing Concrete So Far’

<p>The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has launched a preliminary inquiry to explore potential sabotage in recent train derailments and accidents.
