<p>Supreme Court judge Justice Sanjiv Khanna is all set to take oath as the 51st Chief Justice of India (CJI) on Monday at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.</p> <p>The swearing-in-ceremony will begin at 10:00 A.M. and will be live streamed on the website of the Supreme Court of India.&nbsp;</p> <p>The ceremony will be presided over by President <a title=”Droupadi Murmu” href=”https://news.abplive.com/topic/droupadi-murmu” data-type=”interlinkingkeywords”>Droupadi Murmu</a> at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Former BJP MP and member of the erstwhile Mewar royal family Mahendra Singh Mewar died at a private hospital in Udaipur on Sunday. He was 83. He had been undergoing treatment at the hospital for the last several days, sources in the family said. “He breathed his last on Sunday,” a source added.
