Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was arrested with his friend and actor Pavithra Gowda and 15 others for the torture and murder of one of his fans, 33-year-old Renukaswamy, in Bengaluru in June and had approached the Karnataka High Court for interim bail. Darshan has sought interim bail on the grounds that he is experiencing numbness in both feet. The central and the state governments must restore peace in violence-hit Manipur quickly and rebuild the destroyed homes of internally displaced people, according to students from the northeast who participated at a peaceful protest in Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on Tuesday. They raised their voice against attempts to divide Manipur. Some of the placards read “no separate administration,” “peaceful coexistence for everyone,” “save territorial integrity of Manipur”, etc which are the common themes in the Manipur crisis. China Sends Three Astronauts On 6 Six-Month Mission To Its Space Station

<p><strong>Beijing/ Jiuquan:</strong> China on Wednesday successfully launched its spaceship sending three astronauts, including the country’s first female space engineer on a six months&rsquo; mission to fine tune its low orbiting space station.</p> <p>The Shenzhou-19 crewed spaceship was launched by a Long March-2F carrier rocket, early Wednesday from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in northwest China.
