Israel Strike Kills Hezbollah Commander, 8 Others In Syria: War Monitor

Israel struck an apartment belonging to Hezbollah in a stronghold of pro-Iran groups south of Damascus on Sunday, killing nine people including a commander, a war monitor said. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said one of the dead was a Lebanese commander of the Iran-backed Hezbollah group in Syria. Israel has increased strikes on Syria since an all-out war with Hezbollah in Lebanon erupted on September 23. Rami Abdel Rahman, who heads the Britain-based monitor, told AFP that the commander “was active in Syria and held Lebanese nationality”. The man’s name is not yet known. Much rattled, Mohammed Alloush, a Palestinian man from Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, rushed to his relatives’ house on Sunday to see what had happened after it was attacked by the Israeli army. Israel Urges Fans To Skip Soccer Match With France After Amsterdam Violence

Israel has urged fans to avoid Thursday’s France-Israel football tie, which authorities fear could become a flashpoint following violence in Amsterdam following a match involving an Israeli team. Despite a high police presence and the attendance of French President Emmanuel Macron, Israeli officials on Sunday warned fans to stay away because of fears they could be targeted. A right-wing Jewish group has nevertheless announced a rally ahead of the Nations League tie. The Paris fixture will take place one week after clashes, which followed a game between Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv and Dutch team Ajax. Zomato Launches ‘Rescue’ Service To Combat Food Wastage. How Does It Work?

Indian food delivery company Zomato has introduced a new feature called Food Rescue to combat food wastage arising due to order cancellations, announced cofounder and chief executive Deepinder Goyal on Sunday (Nov 10). Under the new feature, customers will be allowed to buy food items at a discounted price in their original untampered packaging whilst receiving them within minutes, after an order has been cancelled.
