People’s Movement: Junior Doctors’ Response To Court’s “Back To Work” Order

The junior doctors of Kolkata have declared that they would continue their protest against the horrific rape-murder of a young doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar hospital till justice is done. AAP Leader Tarlochan Singh Shot Dead In Punjab’s Khanna: Police

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Tarlochan Singh was allegedly shot dead by some unidentified attackers in Khanna in Ludhiana district on Monday evening, police said. Tarlochan Singh (60), who hailed from Ikolaha village, was attacked when he was returning home from his farm. He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead. Tarlochan Singh was the president of the AAP’s kisan wing in Khanna. Police said efforts were on to trace the accused, and added that an investigation was underway.

Jammu-Kashmir Election: Congress Releases Third List Of 19 Candidates, Fields Ex-NSUI Chief Neeraj Kundan

<p>The Congress party on Monday released its third list of candidates for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. Among 19 candidates, the party has fielded ex-NSUI chief Neeraj Kundan from Bishnah. Neeraj Kundan, former chief of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), will contest from Bishnah.
