Netflix India has updated the opening disclaimer on its web series ‘IC-814 Kandahar Hijack” to include the real and code names of the hijackers, the OTT giant’s country content chief, Monika Shergill, said Tuesday. “For the benefit of audiences unfamiliar with the 1999 hijacking of Indian Airlines Flight 814, the opening disclaimer has been updated… the code names in the series reflect those used during the actual event,” Ms Shergill said, acknowledging also that Netflix is “committed to showcasing (stories from India) with authentic representation”. <p>Eleven people were killed and 24 injured when a school bus crashed into students and parents in front of a junior high school in eastern China on Tuesday morning. The incident took place around 7.30 am, when students and parents were at the gate of Foshan Junior High School in Taian city, Shandong province.</p> <p>According to the South China Morning Post (SCMP), the police in Dongping, the county where the accident occurred, said in a statement that the 11 deceased include six parents and five children.
