<p>Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a press briefing ahead of the 16th BRICS Summit, highlighted remarks made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, emphasising that the BRICS grouping is not positioned against Western countries. Putin stated, &ldquo;BRICS was never meant to be against anyone. <p>Former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain was released from Tihar Jail on Friday after being granted bail. Following his release, Satyendar Jain quipped at Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, saying, “Atishi returned after studying at Harvard, but she will also have to go to jail… We will continue to fight against injustice.” Jain was greeted by Atishi, Manish Sisodia, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, and other AAP leaders as he stepped out of the prison, sharing hugs with Sisodia and Singh before waving to the assembled supporters.
