Highlights – Baba Siddique Killed: 4 Bullets Hit Him, Say Sources

Baba Siddique, Maharashtra’s former minister and a leader of Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar’s faction), has died after being shot at outside his son’s office in Mumbai’s Bandra. According to sources, six shots were fired at Baba Siddique at around 9:30 pm and two people have been taken into custody in connection with the firing.  Here are the highlights in this big story:

Updates: Baba Siddique Killed: Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan At Mumbai Hospital

Maharashtra’s former minister and a leader of National Congress Party (Ajit Pawar’s faction) has died after being shot at inside his son’s office in Mumbai’s Bandra, according to news agency ANI. He was admitted to Lilavati hospital in critical condition. According to sources, two to three shots were fired at Baba Siddique at around 9:30 pm and two people have been taken into custody in connection with the firing.  Here are updates on the big story:

<p>Former Delhi University professor Gokarakonda Naga Saibaba passed away on Saturday evening at the age of 57. He was undergoing treatment at&nbsp;Nizam&rsquo;s Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad after he had developed post-operative complications following a surgery for gallbladder stones.&nbsp;</p> <p>The wheelchair-bound professor had been acquitted in a case of alleged links with Maoists just seven months ago after spending 10 years in prison.</p> <p>He was admitted to NIMS 10 days ago due to ill health. Maharashtra Ex Minister Baba Siddique Shot At In Mumbai’s Bandra, Critical

Baba Siddique, a former Maharashtra minister and member of the Ajit Pawar faction of the NCP, has been shot at in Mumbai’s Bandra and rushed to a hospital, where his condition is said to be critical.  Sources said three bullets were fired at Mr Siddique around 9.30 pm on Saturday at the office of his son Zeeshan, who is the MLA from Bandra East. Two people have been taken into custody. Mr Siddique is undergoing treatment at the hospital. Sources in the hospital said at least one of the bullets hit Mr Siddique in the chest and he is being given continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
