Tasleem Ahmed, founder of a ghostwriting agency, recently shared an inspiring story of unconventional hiring success. In a post on LinkedIn, Mr Ahmed revealed that he recruited a candidate with zero experience and no resume, sparking debate on traditional hiring practices. Instead of a conventional resume, Laiba Fateh submitted a video application on LinkedIn showcasing her qualifications. Impressed with her, Mr Ahmed took a risk and gave her a chance. China Launches Military Drills Around Taiwan, Sends A “Stern Warning” To “Separatist” Forces

China deployed planes and ships to encircle Taiwan on Monday, in drills Beijing said were aimed at sending a “stern warning” to “separatist” forces on the self-ruled island. Beijing has not ruled out using force to bring Taiwan under its control and Monday’s drills represent its fourth round of large-scale war games in the past two years. China’s drills come days after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned Beijing against taking action in response to a speech by Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te during the island’s National Day celebrations. Mumbai Police investigating the murder case of veteran NCP leader Baba Siddique, who was shot dead near his son’s office in Mumbai’s Bandra on Saturday, conducted an ossification test of accused Dharmaraj Kashyap in which it was proved that he is not a minor. Kashyap, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, was produced before the court where his lawyer claimed that he was a minor.Baba Siddique, 66, was shot dead by three persons at Kher Nagar in Mumbai’s Bandra area outside his MLA son Zeeshan Siddique’s office on Saturday night. Cameron Green was on Monday ruled out of Australia’s five-Test series against India beginning next month, with the star all-rounder to undergo surgery on his spine this week. A thrilling show of batting firepower was witnessed in the National Cricket League Sixty Strikes tournament on Sunday as Atlanta Kings took on Los Angeles Waves in Qualifier 2 of the tournament. In the battle for a spot in the final, Los Angeles couldn’t quite get going, putting a mediocre total of 96/3 on the board while batting first.
