Enough Evidence To Prosecute Coaching Centre Deaths Accused: CBI To Court

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday informed a Delhi court that there was enough evidence to prosecute the accused persons in the death case connected to the flooding in an Old Rajinder Nagar coaching institute. The civil services aspirants had lost their lives following a torrential downpour in the national capital leading to the flooding at the coaching institute. Principal District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna heard the submissions of the CBI, which urged the court to take cognisance of a chargesheet filed in the case. Supreme Court Calls Security To Remove Petitioner From Courtroom

Do not use the name of the judge, the Supreme Court had advised the petitioner. He insisted that he be heard. A heated exchange followed. Irked, the Supreme Court summoned the security to remove the petitioner from the courtroom. Arun Ramchandra Hublikar had filed a petition against ex-Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, now a Rajya Sabha member. The petitioner claimed before the bench of justices Bela M Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma on Tuesday that his life had been made miserable by ex-CJI Gogoi’s interference in an order related to a service dispute.  Not convinced by the argument, the bench refused to entertain the petition. Royal Enfield is all set to take the wraps off its first ever electric motorcycle on November 4, 2024, just a day before EICMA 2024 begins. BOM Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Bank of Maharashtra has announced openings for 600 apprentice posts. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official website, bankofmaharashtra.in. The last date to fill out the online form is October 24. Candidates are required to register on the Apprenticeship portal at www.nats.education.gov.in before applying. Applicants are eligible to apply only if their profile on the apprenticeship portal is 100% complete.
