Arshdeep, who was released by the Punjab Kings ahead of the auction, was bought for Rs 18 crore. Sunrisers Hyderabad won the bid for the left-arm pacer in the auction for Rs 15.75 crore. Punjab Kings then used the RTM card, prompting SRH to raise the bid for Rs 18 crore. PBKS decided to exercise their option and bought the player for the sum of Rs 18 crore.
