<p><strong>Vadodara News:</strong> A 30-year-old man was killed, and another sustained injuries after being attacked by a mob in Vadodara, Gujarat, on suspicion of theft, police said on Saturday. Manipur minister Th Biswajit Singh has denied signing any letter seeking change of leadership in the violence-hit state, days after the contents of the purported letter which 19 MLAs gave to the central leadership surfaced in public.
