K Anvar Sadath, CEO of KITE, highlighted the app’s potential to enhance parental involvement in education. “Necessary cyber security and security features have been incorporated into Sampoorna Plus besides empowering parents to actively participate in their children’s education,” said Sadath, as per a report on IANS.

The Sampoorna Plus Mobile App was recently launched by state General Education Minister V Sivankutty, he added, as per PTI. The app also now carries term end exam results of Classes 1 to 9 conducted in December 2024 as most schools have reportedly started to use the app.

The app boasts several features wherein parents can monitor attendance, academic progress and evaluation of extracurricular activities through the app. It facilitates communication between parents and teachers. It is linked with the Sampoorna Online School Management System ensuring comprehensive data access and parents can download the app for free from the Google Play Store.

To use the app, parents should search for ‘Sampoorna Plus’ on the Google Play Store and install the app. They should choose the ‘Parent’ role from the available options (HM/Teacher/Parent) on the app. The first-time users must sign up using the OTP sent to their mobile number registered during their child’s admission.
