<p>A terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in the Rampora area of Sopore, Baramulla district, on Saturday, the Army confirmed. Acting on specific intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area, a joint anti-terrorist operation was launched by the police and security forces.</p>
<p>”One terrorist has been neutralised by the security forces in the ongoing Operation in general area Rajpura, Sopore, Baramulla. Search Operation is in progress,” Chinar Corps-Indian Army said in a post on social media platform X.</p>
