<p>In Ghaziabad near Delhi, several fires broke out in different areas on Diwali. A major fire started in a building in Indirapuram’s Gyan Khand due to a diya, while another incident in Vasundhara Sector 03’s Gardenia Glamour Society created panic as a flat caught fire. Additionally, a jewelry shop near Chaupla Mandir was engulfed in flames, and a fire was also reported in a society in Crossing Republic. In Greater Noida’s Supertech Eco Village One Society, a severe fire broke out in a flat on the 17th floor, spreading to balconies on the 18th and 19th floors, alarming residents. It was reported that the blaze was caused by a diya in the flat. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. In Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, fireworks led to a fire that destroyed six vehicles parked at the Excise Department. Firefighters managed to control the blaze after considerable effort. In Basti, Uttar Pradesh, a shop caught fire on Diwali, burning down completely, with several people trapped inside; they were safely rescued by firefighters.</p>
