Diljit Dosanjh‘s Dil-Luminati India Tour kicks off in New Delhi on Saturday (October 26), and fans are buzzing with excitement as they await some electrifying performances. Ahead of the India leg of the tour, Diljit made a splash with a social media update, sharing a glimpse of his travel experience with followers. He posted a picture from his private jet, featuring a fruit basket. Alongside the photo, he included the Indian flag emoji and the stirring patriotic song Bharat Ka Rahnewala Hoon from the classic film Purab Aur Paschim.

The singer, known for chart-toppers like Born to Shine, GOAT, Lemonade, 5 Taara and Do You Know, is gearing up for a series of performances across the nation. His arrival in India marks the commencement of a musical journey that promises to resonate with fans old and new.

Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati tour has already made waves internationally, with shows held in Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Italy and New Zealand.

Earlier, in a note shared on social media, he said that bringing the Dil-Luminati Tour to India was “a dream come true.” He added, “After an incredible journey abroad, performing in my homeland feels like coming full circle. The love and energy I’ve felt from fans worldwide have been extraordinary, but there’s something uniquely special about performing here, where it all began. India, get ready, because Punjabi ghar aa gaye oye! We’re going to make history together-I promise you a night you’ll never forget!”

The first concert in New Delhi will be followed by another show in the city on October 27. After that, Diljit will take his tour to various cities, including Jaipur on November 2, Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17 and Lucknow on November 22, among others, before concluding in Guwahati on December 29.

On the acting front, Diljit Dosanjh is all set to essay an exciting role in Border 2, where he will star alongside Sunny Deol, Ahan Shetty and Varun Dhawan among others. The filming is scheduled to commence in November 2024.
