Initial findings suggest that the maid may have allowed the assailant into the residence.</p>

<h2><strong>Security Lapse At Mumbai’s Posh Society Raises Question</strong></h2>
<p>After the incident, serious concerns were raised regarding the security lapse in the supposedly well-guarded Satguru Sharan society in Bandra. The actor resides on the 12th floor, and entry to the building requires passing through multiple security checkpoints, including approval from the resident’s household. Despite these measures and the presence of CCTV surveillance, the assailant reportedly faced no resistance while entering the Omkara actor’s residence and managed to escape as well after the scuffle.</p>
<p>Mumbai police are also preparing to question the maid, who is currently receiving medical treatment for her injuries.</p>
<p>While police suspect it may have been an inside job, Kareena Kapoor, Saif’s wife, issued a statement describing the incident as a “burglary” gone wrong.</p>
